NHS Sefton are inviting you to take part in one of the biggest local screening programmes launched in the borough. If you're between 16 and 24 year of age and you decide to take part, not only are you making sure your health is "tip top" you could also be winning a fantastic Nintendo WII Fit package. A staggering 1 in 12 people tested in Sefton do have the condition, and it's very easily treated. To be eligible for the draw and chance to win a Nintendo Wii Fit Plus package participants must:
1) Be aged between 16 and 24 years old;
2) Reside in Sefton
3) Have completed and returned a Chlamydia screen test requested via the link on our website by 30 April 2010. 4) Proof of age may be required 5) Entry is Limited to one postal kit per person
A full postcode, date of birth and contact information must be included on the test request form to ensure your participation in the Wee for a Wii competition
The Sefton Chlamydia Screening Programme will draw randomly a name for the prize of a Wii console and Wii fit plus package on Friday 14 May 2010.
Employees and relatives of employees of NHS Sefton Community Health Services are not eligible to take part in the Wee for a Wii Competition.
Competition winners will not be announced publicly – the winner will be contacted directly by Sefton Chlamydia Screening office
