Gerry was born in Greenwich London a few winters ago, but spent quite a few summers in South Africa, where he got that du Plessis accent from, but now spends his days in a hammock in the shed of his wirral home, thats when he is not talking and entertaining you on Dune Fm. Gerrys passion is radio, and has done a few shifts in his time, from community, hospital and commercial radio, he has 2 dogs rocky and dexter 2cats sammy and rafferty, and also a wife and 2 children without whom he wouldnt exist. He has a daughter who is a tattoo artist, in her own studio in Liverpool, and a daughter who is an events co ordinator for a huge club in liverpool, Gerry wears his heart on his sleeve....but sometimes wipes his nose on it...his hobbies include, photography, music production, and living the life...his fav drink is pg tips, his fav.meal is steak egg and chips...he also loves rock music and has worked with some of the biggest names in music including foreigner, Depeche Mode, Ace of Base, to mention just a few .Most of all Gerry loves people and being on radio helps him reach out to them in a special way.
